We are referred to pods, blogs, videos and downloads. But do you really understand how all these new services can be used in a business context? Used well, with or without a website, they can add value for existing customers, attract new customers, raise your profile and enhance your brand. This 3 hour session will provide a jargon free beginners guide to online communications. If you have a website, you will be able to explore ways of developing your web strategy. If you don’t yet have a website, the session will provide an opportunity to plan your e-business and choose the most appropriate model. You don’t have to be a big business to benefit from the digital revolution. |
