Wendy Cox is an artist specialising in landscapes painted in the environment. She works in the elements at Pett Level, East Sussex - from the same place at different times of the year so that a series of work is built up. The purpose of her paintings is to capture the essence of day.

Wendy studied at St Martins School of Art and the Royal Academy. She has specialised in oil paintings of Pett Level since 2002.
